Town Administrator Update: Change 97

As the COVID-19 has altered all of our plans and seems to change hourly, I am regretful to tell you that the Muskogee Landfill will NOT be open on Saturday for Free Dump Day. This will eliminate many of you from being able to get rid of some of your trash.

We are continuing to host the Free Dump Day at the Town with the dumpsters and trash truck we have but we will be limited on the amount we can hold. Please be considerate and only bring the necessary household trash you need to get rid of at this time. We will accept metal items, bicycles, lawn equipment, etc but will not be able to take mattresses or other bulky items.

We are trying to do the best we can under these circumstances and ask for your cooperation. Please continue to clean up your yards and properties so we can keep this Town beautiful. We plan on having another Free Dump Day in September and hope to be able to accept all category of items at that time.

The following provisions are issued and immediately effective and shall continue until the state of emergency is terminated by issuance of a subsequent resolution. The following guidelines are subject to change as the situation changes and as we receive updated guidance from the State or Federal Government:
